These widgets aim to provide useful information from web sites without having to fully parse their HTML and reload them every time. Just a mouse-throw away, these widgets should give you all you need while procrastinating and thinking about the next gear purchase, or the next ski trip :)

This widget combines all Backcountry.com “deal-a-time” sites for outdoor equipment and clothing into one convenient location. The sites displayed are:
Bonktown: Road Bike
SteepAndCheap: General backcountry apparel and gear
ChainLove: Mountain Bike gear
WhiskeyMiltia: Surf and Snowboard
The widget also incorporates Growl for notifications. Install Growl to get an item notice as soon as it appears. Growl notifications will take you to the website with the item in question. If you ever find your screen full of growl notifications and you want to get rid of them simply option-click the first X of a notification and they will all disappear.

What’s new in this version
Usage:
The widget’s default state is to download all information about the current items on the aforementioned sites and display one of them. The lower row of icons will change to the corresponding site’s current item if the mouse is moved over them. Clicking on the icons or on the item title will open a browser window with the item and information about purchasing it.
The back of the widget contains setting checkboxes for choosing which items are displayed and which sites use Growl notifications. The switch for the back side of the widget is located in the lower-right, just outside the corner of the widget.
